Professional, structured driving lessons — with progress in mind
I’m Julie, a fully qualified driving instructor based in Rossett, with many years of experience helping learners develop safe, confident driving skills.
My approach is calm, patient and practical. I focus on helping learners understand what they’re doing so they can build confidence and make steady progress from lesson to lesson.
Many of my students begin with little or no driving experience, so lessons are always designed to feel supportive and manageable while building real driving skills.

Supporting learning beyond the lesson
Many learners progress perfectly well through their driving lessons alone.
Where learners do have the opportunity to practise between lessons with a parent or supervising driver, I can offer guidance to help ensure that practice supports what is being taught and avoids confusion or bad habits.
Where practice isn’t possible, lessons are planned so progress continues comfortably within lesson time.
A focus on efficient, realistic progress

Everyone learns at a different pace.
I don’t believe in rushing learners — but I also don’t believe in dragging things out unnecessarily so we will always make the most effective use of our time together.
Lessons are structured and goal-focused so learners understand how they’re progressing and what they’re working towards next.
Author of Learn 2 Drive at Home
I’m the author of the book and online course Learn 2 Drive at Home, created to help supervising drivers support learners safely and effectively alongside professional lessons.

Confidence & Mindset Support
For learners who would like extra support with confidence or focus — particularly as the driving test approaches — I also offer optional confidence and mindset support using hypnotherapy techniques.
This support is available independently of driving lessons.
